Sorghum Millet (Cholam) Dosa Mix Anil
Sorghum millet Dosa Mix is a pancake mix for a healthy breakfast from South Indian cuisine.
It can also be served at brunch or even at dinner.
Sorghum millet regulates blood sugar levels. Consuming the millet daily reduces stomach problems as it is easy to digest. It is a healthy alternative to rice.
Ingredients: Sorghum millet flour (60%), rice flour, urid flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate, fenugreek powder.
Preparation:
Mix 500 grams of dosa mix with 1 liter of water and add 1 spoon of oil and stir until the dosa batter level.
Add cumin as desired (there is already salt in the mix. Add salt if needed).
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the dosa pan.
When hot, pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
Grease them lightly with oil.
Now the healthy and tasty dosa is ready.
