MDH Karahi Paneer Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Chilli Red, Fenugreek Seeds, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt, Black Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mace, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Dried onion, Nigella, 

Preparation Instructions :

This authentic spice blend by MDH allows you to create a tasty Karahi Paneer in your own home.

In a deep heavy-based pan or Karahi, heat 60g of cooking oil. Fry 100g coarsely chopped red onions till light golden. Add 120g of cubed tomatoes. 30g juliennes of green capsicum, 15-20g Karahi Paneer masala, and stir fry for 15 minutes. Cut 300g Paneer into small cubes and mix with the onion-tomato paste. add little water. Check salt. Dress with mashed leaves of Kasoori methi and lemon juice. Serves 2- persons.
