Curry masala for Butter Chicken from MDH.
A mixture of spices for the preparation of delicious chicken dishes.
The spice mixture includes spices such as: coriander, red chilli, onion flakes, salt, green cardamom, black pepper, dried ginger, podia, turmeric, cloves, garlic flakes, nutmeg, nutmeg flower, anise.
Preparation instructions:
Cut the pieces of chicken 500g.
Prepare a paste of 100 g of onion and 120 g of tomatoes, adding 10 ground almonds to it
You can also use cashews or 20g of poppy seeds.
Add 1/4 cup of water to the delicate paste.
In a flat pan, heat 50 g of oil and fry the chicken pieces and onion paste until translucent, fry for about 10 minutes.
Add Butter Chicken masala15g.
Add a little water and boil for 15 minutes until you get the right consistency.
Finally, add a tablespoon of any cream to emphasize the taste.
